    To automatically maintain the best possible thermal environment for farrowing and nursery operations, the system includes a built-in temperature sensor to automatically adjust power output to match heating needs.

    MicroZone MC100 input power: MPS 100 or 9 Volts(DC) equivalent.

    MPM100 Power Modulator input power: 90 – 130V, 50/60 HZ

    MPM100 Power Modulator load rating: 16A maximum (1,920 Watts @ 120VAC)

    MPM100 Power Modulator load types: Incandescent heating lamp and/or resistive heating pad

    Temperature sensing probe error: Less than 2° F

    Electrical protection: Short circuit, overload and voltage surge

    Noise filter: FM radio filter

    Enclosures: Weather tight (approximately 4” x 4” x 2”)

    Temperature control: Automatically adjusts power to lamps or mats to compensate for fluctuations in room temperature.

    Temperature Ramping: Automatically decreases temperature as pigs get older.

    Soft Start: Slowly restores power after an outage to reduce peak demand on the power utility or a backup generator. Helps extend lamp life.

    Internal Protection: The control is protected against transient voltage spikes, thermal overload and short circuits in heating devices.
